This card is unused (it has never been registered or used on a machine), but it does have some marks/scratches. That is why I've marked it as used.
This card comes from a past Sound Voltex campaign in Japan where you had to play to earn tickets for a lottery. If you got lucky and won when redeeming a ticket (while supplies last), you could get this card.
