Vintage 1960s Signed Napier Rhinestone Fern Runway Statement Earrings

Description

1960s goldtone fern and marquise faux-topaz and citrine clip back earrings. Marked "Napier." Excellent condition. Measure: 1.5 inches L x 1.19 inches W.
