I was going to restore this wrench.but that just makes it look better than when it sold new.you could do all that if you want /I just like the old look.someone may have repainted and touched this up awhile back I do wipe  them down with olive oil/YOU CAN SEE THE CHIP IN THE LAST PICTURE,this can be ground out as you know,if wanted.at one time you would have to pay for this wrench since internet not so much they are everywhere.so you give them away.
these look great when you polish them to a mirror finish.takes time and work but a great hobby.
