    ITEM DESCRIPTION:: ---- Marked  made in USA.... would guess the item dates to the 1950's to the early 1970's .......item is approx. 6.5" long...Can handle pipe or tubing from 1/4" to 1.5", or 7 mm to 40mm........item shows some signs of usage and a lot of discoloration....One of the pipe support brackets has some play moves easily on its own...It is also missing the end  tip of about 1/4"....This tool  will still function and opens and closes okay .......I've shown pics of the item fully opened and closed......
